"In 5..." Two seconds later, "Go!"

Tom went and took the back-left bunker, Dave took the back-left-juice, and the other guys on our team went and took the right side. I ducked my head and sprinted for the "fifty" - an inflatable cube in the middle of the field with a triangle on either side. With shots flying just over my head and exploding on the bunkers all around me, I slid into the fifty and waited a second before looking out the left side towards the snake. One of them had the back of it and was covered by another just back and to the right behind the 'juice box' and another behind the back left bunker. None of them saw me at first, so I lit up the snake - the shots exploded all over the end-cube of the snake, covering it in blue paint (which I later found out wasn't allowed on the field because it stains the bunkers - too bad). He ducked back behind the cube, and then the dude at the juice forced me back into cover. On my knees, I shuffled over to the other side and noticed there was both a guy at the back-right and behind the can, which was a bit closer to me. Nobody had taken the Dorito, the key to the field, and the only position on the field that could flank me (except for the second part of the snake). I took some pot-shots at the back-right bunker (who was covering the right shooting lane and keeping my teammate [back and to the right of me] from moving up to the Dorito). This prompted the guy behind the pop-can to try and get me, but when he stuck his head out he had his goggles painted blue.

I shuffled back over to the other side of the bunker, and took a few more shots at the snake. The juice box covered his man, and fired back. I ducked back behind cover but then, instead of comming back out the side, I stood up, and shot over the top of the bunker - catching him by suprise, eliminating him, and getting some intel on where the rest of his team was positioned. The bunker 10 feet in front of me had two guys hiding behind it, covering both sides of the field. I ducked back, and then decided to go for the Dorito myself. It was only a few paces to my right; if I was quick about it, I could make it. I signaled for some cover, and then blitzed the gap and slid in. I popped right back up and again lit up the snake, this time from the opposite side of the field instead of from the middle. This new position afforded me a much better angle, and I gave him a new coat real fast. The back player on the right turned to shoot, but I was waiting for him, and blasted him in the hand. Tom and Dave began moving up the left flank, covering eachother, and putting fire on the guy in the back-left. He was done for. With only the two guys at 'home' left, I stood up and pounded the bunker, forcing them to keep their heads down. They knew what was comming though, and tried to get some shots off - didn't help. Continuing to pound them, I crouch-walked up the right lane, completely exposed and now on their side of the field. The guy who was hiding on the side closer to me was my brother's friend JJ - he was the first to go. A couple trigger pulls later and the last guy was out too.

That's game - my best of the day.
